Der Contest

auflegware Netlabel und das yoyosonic music institute (YMI) aus Hamburg starten exclusiv für Euch einen Demo contest "Electronize the summer". Wir suchen die 4 besten Tracks aus den Bereichen House, TechHouse, Techno, Nu-Jazz, Minimal und/oder Experimentell, welche anschließend auf einer speziellen Compilation bei auflegware erscheinen.

Die Teilnahmebedingungen

• zum Upload die Soundcloud Dropbox auf dieser Seite verwenden oder hier klicken.
• in der Trackbeschreibung deinen Künstlernamen sowie Kontaktdaten (E-Mail Adresse und Anschrift) hinterlassen
• pro Künstler/Einsendung maximal 2 Tracks im MP3-Format (mind. 192kbps)
• der Beitrag muss unveröffentlicht sein
• der Beitrag muss unter Creative Common Lizenz stehen
• Künstlernamen + Trackname im Dateinamen sowie als ID3 Tag im MP3 speichern
• bitte auch eine kurze Künstlerbeschreibung sowie Name und Adresse mit angeben
• haben an der Entstehung des Siegertracks mehrere Künstler mitgearbeitet, kann nur 1 Person den Workshop am YMI in Anspruch nehmen
• Einsendeschluss ist der 31.08.2009 (bis dahin muss das vollständige Material bei Auflegware eingegangen sein)

Eure Songs

Vom 15.07. bis zum 31.08.2009 könnt ihr Euch über diesen Link für den Contest registrieren und Eure Songs an auflegware senden. The contest

Auflegware netlabel and yoyosonic music institute (ymi) of hamburg starting that exclusic demo contest “Elecronize the summer”. We are looking for the 4 best tracks of house, techhouse, techno, nu-jaz, minimal and/or experimentel music.

The prices

The artist of the wining track can choose one workshop: DJing mit Ableton Live or Digital Music Production: Ableton Live Masterclass or Digital Music Production: Advanced Mixing or Digital Music Production: Advanced Mastering with worth of 189,- EUR! If more than one artists was producing the wining track, only one of them could attend the workshop. Additional: We will put the 4 best tracks on a special compilation and will release at auflegware.

The requirements

For uploading use the Soundcloud Dropbox at our page. Please add your artist name and your contact data (E-mail and address) to your track description or ID3 Tag. No more than 2 tracks per artist are allowed. Please use the MP3 format with 192kps. Your track should be unreleased and be under Creative Common Licence. The closing date is 31. august 2009.

The jury

Our jury consists of 6 deejays and producers. There are in detail: Mathis Johnsen (Founder auflegware and deejay/producer), Jan Kose (Founder auflegware and producer), Thomas Marlow (Deejay and Producer), Philipp Krebs (Head of YMI), Maja (Djane, Musician) and Producer), DJ Feuerhake (Deejay and Producer).
